Program Format
Weeks 1-4: Intensive Training

Weeks 5-11: Work-Study

Admission Requirements
- Age: 18-22 years old
- Resident of Las Terrenas
- Full availability for 12 weeks
- Motivation to grow professionally

How much does the program cost?
- The program is completely free for selected students. Training, materials and certification are all included at no cost.
Do I need previous experience?
- No. The program is designed for young people with no work experience. We start from scratch and take you to a professional level.
Can I work while I study?
- During the first 4 weeks you have to dedicate yourself fully to the program. After that, the placements are part of the training (3 days/week).
Do you guarantee a job when I graduate?
- 90% of our graduates find a job in their specialisation. We have a network of partner companies and 6 months of placement support.
What if I don't pass the selection?
- We will tell you which areas to improve, and you can apply for the next intake (every 4 months). We also run preparatory workshops.
Where are the classes held?
- At Sienna Village, El Jamito (10 minutes from Las Terrenas). We provide transport information for selected students.
