## Project Manager
The Project Manager oversees the administrative, managerial and communications side of the foundation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design and carry out the foundation's overall strategy.
- Manage all administrative tasks and oversee project delivery and monitoring.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners and the local community.
- Mentor and manage the foundation's team to ensure high performance.
- Monitor budgets and ensure financial sustainability and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management or non-profit leadership.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Education Director
The Education Director leads all educational work, including curriculum development, student recruitment, teacher management and the coordination of placements and technical training.
- Set strategic educational objectives and oversee the design and development of training programs.
- Recruit, manage and guide trainers, teachers and volunteers.
- Manage student recruitment, induction and mentoring.
- Teach some courses and ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Coordinate placements and hands-on learning opportunities for students.
- Experience in education, curriculum design and team leadership.
- Fluency in Spanish; a good command of English is an advantage.
- A passion for working with young adults and fostering community growth.
Volunteers
Make a difference by volunteering with La Fábrica de Sueños! Help with micro-projects across areas such as education, agriculture, crafts and community activities.
Details:
- Minimum commitment: 3 months.
- Working hours: 6 hours/day, 5 days/week.
- Includes: Meals and accommodation.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Team-oriented, adaptable and motivated to make an impact.
